The position will be responsible for P&L, marketing, sales, and business development of the Company’s Engineering, Technology, and PMO business units to drive and expand the business; increase sales and profits; new product offerings; penetrate new markets; expand branding for the company, and develop industry relationships.

DEMS provides professional services, consulting, and digital transformation technologies across the asset and the program life-cycle, serving the Residental, Commercial, Transporation, and Industrial Sectors. The Company has three business units: Engineering Solutions, Technology Solutions, and Portfolio Management Office (PMO) Solutions. Its capabilities and offerings include feasibility and solution development; technical and management consulting; research and development; engineering and design services; asset operations and maintenance services; and engineering, procurement, and construction services for small, medium, and large-scale, complex capital projects and programs.

Our niche is self-performed of small-to-mid-sized capital projects and supervision of large-sized and complex mega Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Installation(EPCI) contracts acting as the owner’s Trusted Advisors across the project life cycle.
